The enemy virus that threatens and kills half the world has not reached Bwindi. Nor has it infected our beloved Batwa population. But it does affect us a lot.
There are no tourists or visitors: as we do not receive visitors, we do not obtain any donation and the day to day becomes very hard. Our children and young people are in the village: the schools have closed.
For all this, the money we send for the 2nd and 3rd quarter of schooling has beeb used to buy food. And these photos show this.
Thanks Tomas for taking charge of the situation. Stay strong so that our Batwa can stay alive.
